3 Responses to Kansas law change may allow even blind to carry concealed

  1. Dick says:

I carry a .45 Colt/.410 derringer. 3¨groups of 4×000 buckshot at 20´ I am not blind. I don’t need sight to find the weapon on my person, nor execute (pardon the pun) a contact shot with the weapon.

Blind people can, with practice, make a pretty accurate judgement of where a sound is coming from within the 20′ range and accuracy of the derringer.

All other things considered, why should they not be allowed a CCL?

  2. Pete says:

Well I mean I would hate to point out the obvious here but they cant see? I know but thats not really what I mean. What I’m getting at is how can they “know they’re target and beyond” like the possible dozens of innocent bystanders that could be in the crossfire. They can’t possibly know as they cannot see to make that determination, and as much as I agree and have no prejudice towards the blind I feel that allowing Blind people to carry concealed would not be in the best interest of the general public.

  3. You made some decent points there. I seemed on the web for the problem and found most individuals will associate with together with your website.
